How do I return an item?
If you are not happy for some reason with your purchase, you can return the item(s) in their original state and packaging hassle free.

The retail customer will be entitled to a cooling off period of 14 working days after having received the goods or at any time prior to receiving goods, the cancellation should be notified in writing (email, fax or letter). Return does not apply to DVD's and CD's which the customer has unsealed.
The cost of returning the product unless faulty or defective will be at the customer's expense.
If the item is fragile or could be damaged, please ensure it is packaged appropriately.

Have QUICK-STEP.PT received my return?
Depending on the shipping method that you have used to return the goods to us we normally receive your returns within a few days of you sending it. Normally the shipping company will provide you a tracking number which could be checked in their website. Once we have received your return we will contact you to let you know and deal with the return for you.
When will I receive my replacement?
If you have returned an item to us and asked for a replacement we will send the replacement to you as soon as we receive the returned item back. We deal with all returns within 1 business day.
