Delivery Information

How much time it will be to deliver my order?

All the orders will be send in the current day when formalized until the 3pm of the day. Items not marked as Immediate Delivery, you will receive an email with the information about the estimated delivery date.

At the same day your order is sent, you will receive an email with the shipping company contacts and tracking number. If you need to know the delivery hour or add any additional information to your address, we recommend that you contact the shipping company directly.

If you decide to pay with by bank transfer, your order will be processed after received copy of the transfer swift. To send it to our Customer Team please use the following link.

How much time and cost it will be to deliver the order to the address you have given?

To payment at delivery, add an extra fee of 3,08€, to all services and destination. To payment at delivery, choose the bank transfer payment method and send us a comment explaining that you prefer to pay at delivery.

May I send an order to a different country than Portugal?

If you want to send an order to a different country than Portugal, we need to calculate the shipping costs case by case. To perform this order, please do the checkout of your order choosing the payment methos Bank Transfer, but please do not perform the transfer before you receive an email from us with the shipping costs confirmation.
